Directions
Dietary: Dilute 1 drop in 2 drops of carrier oil and place under the tongue or in a capsule daily for 3 weeks. Stop for 1 week. Start again with 2 drops mixed with 4 drops carrier oil and place under the tongue or in a capsule daily for another three weeks. Stop for 1 week.
If desired, continue with 3 drops mixed with 6 drops carrier oil and place under the tongue or in a capsule daily, pausing for 1 week after every 3 weeks as directed above.
Topical: Dilute 1 drop of Red Cedar Bliss blend with 4 drops of carrier oil and apply to the desired area as needed.
Aromatic: Diffuse up to 1 hour, 3 times daily.
